The Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP) ATP program is focused on the self-service marketplace. Participation in this program allows partners to provide customers with cost-effective, personalized voice self-service applications, and transparent transfer of information from voice self-service to agent-assisted service.
Program Participation
The ATP Program is an invitation-only program. To participate in the ATP Program, you must already possess relevant job, industry, and market credentials in the ATP technology. Before engaging with potential ATP partners, a Cisco sponsor or channel account manager (CAM) must proceed to the ATP Instruction Page for nomination, approval, and partner invitation instructions. You should take the following steps:
- Read the requirements for participation in the ATP Program.
- If identified as a participating partner/provider and you meet all criteria, your CAM will submit a request for invitation to the ATP Theater Lead contact.
- Once invited, visit the Certification and Specialization Application (CSApp)/Invitation tool to complete the Program Requirements Checklist (PRC) online. The Word version file can be downloaded and used to track completion of program requirements.
Partner Profile
Cisco is looking to partner with ATP partners that already possess acceptable job/industry/market credentials in the ATP focused technology, which makes this program extremely restrictive.
Restricted Products
New partners may prospect leads and develop quotes for Cisco Customer Voice Portal products and solutions during the qualification period, but may not purchase Cisco Customer Voice Portal products and begin deployments until they have successfully met the defined requirements for this ATP. The list of all restricted products is available here:
