Demo Equipment

The TelePresence Global ATP program requires all candidates to have met the Cisco TelePresence ATP demo requirement for Hosts. Further, all TelePresence Global ATP partners are required to set up a Global Deals Desk as defined below.

The TelePresence ATP program requires at least the minimum demo requirements:

• The ability to demonstrate Cisco TelePresence Multi-Point functionality
• The minimum Cisco TelePresence Endpoint functionality
  1. CTS-1000
  2. CTS-500
     Note: one endpoint must reside in the Host ATP partner’s location
• The ability to demonstrate Calendaring

Global Deals Desk

Each TelePresence Global ATP partner is responsible for creating a Global Deals Desk designed to:

• Work with the Cisco Global Deals Desk on coordinating Cisco TelePresence opportunities
• Approve and secure all customer pricing and discounts globally for bid preparations
• Manage individual country logistics, duties, and taxes where applicable
• Work with individual country account teams on deal specifics
• Stay actively engaged with the order process to make sure order assurance documentation is properly prepared
• Create a global deals playbook to help partner account teams and others navigate through complex Cisco TelePresence deals
• Train and maintain Global Cisco TelePresence Deal Experts to be more consultative in helping partner and Cisco account teams manage customer expectations, prepare bids proposals, and book complex deals
