Creating a Cisco.com User ID (CCO ID)





  1. Log onto http://www.cisco.com/go/pss
  2. Under the Instructions window, click on “Register for a Cisco.com ID”
  3. Follow the steps on Page 1 “Cisco.com Registration”
    • Select the box titled, “Cisco Channel Partner or Authorized Reseller”
  4. Step 4 of 6: Choose two security questions
  5. Step 5 of 6: Choose your password
  6. You will receive an email request to complete your registration.
    REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE FINALIZED WITHOUT THIS STEP!
